Senior Counsel
Alexandra Harrison Gaiser serves as senior counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom Corporate Engagement team. In this role, she leverages her experience from innovative startups, government, Big Law, and Bitcoin to protect individuals and organizations against the threat of global censorship from both state and private actors in the U.S. and abroad.
She previously served as the general counsel of Strive Asset Management and as director of regulatory affairs at River Financial. She also served in the U.S. Department of the Treasury in both the General Counsel’s Office and as the department’s youngest ever executive secretary. Prior to that, she worked as an associate at a major law firm in Washington, D.C.
Gaiser clerked for then-Justice Allison Eid on the Colorado Supreme Court and for now-Chief Judge Jennifer Elrod on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
She holds a J.D. from the University of Texas and a B.A. from The King’s College. She is a member of the Texas, Colorado, and Washington D.C. bars. She is the co-chair of the Steering Committee of the Texas Review of Law and Politics and serves on the Federalist Society Executive Committees for Financial Services, Cryptocurrency, and Federalism and the Separation of Powers.
