Today, Alliance Defending Freedom’s legal team is at the U.S. Supreme Court—we’re arguing Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board v. Drummond.

The Oklahoma attorney general sued the Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board, seeking to exclude St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School from the state’s charter school program solely because St. Isidore is religious.

That’s religious discrimination, and it’s a violation of the First Amendment’s protections. Plus, we know that families deserve MORE educational options, not FEWER.

Different children flourish in different environments, and providing a wide variety of options allows parents to choose the best education for their children. Everyone should want more high-quality, no-cost education options for families.
