Send a Note of Encouragement to our Attorneys!

On April 30, attorneys with Alliance Defending Freedom will be at the U.S. Supreme Court to argue Oklahoma State Charter School Board v. Drummond. We’ll be advocating that families should have MORE high-quality, low-cost educational opportunities for their children.

That’s what is at stake in this case. Oklahoma’s attorney general sued the state charter school board after the board approved St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School to participate in the state’s charter-school program.

The school was highly qualified to participate, yet the attorney general insisted on disqualifying it for one reason—because the school is religious.

That’s unconstitutional, and it’s why we’re defending the charter school board’s approval decision: to empower parents and to ensure equal treatment for religious groups like St. Isidore.

Will you take a moment and send a quick note of encouragement to the ADF attorneys who will be arguing this important case?

Thank you for your support!
